SVN | Hallmark & Associate’s primary market area is West Texas including Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, Big Spring, San Angelo, Abilene and all the small towns in between these towns. With over 100 nationally affiliated SVN offices across the country with over 2,000 brokers nationwide we offer our clients the breadth of exposure of a nationwide marketing firm but with the nimbleness that comes from being an independently owned company with local market experience and expertise. SVN | Hallmark & Associates, LLC is operated by Wes Hallmark, CCIM, SIOR. CCIM (Certified Commercial and Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) are the two highest professional designations in the commercial real estate industry.

The CCIM designation is conferred upon commercial real estate leaders who have a proven record of success in the field and have demonstrated a mastery of financial, market, and investment analysis.

The SIOR designation is a professional achievement for highly qualified commercial real estate practitioners with a strong transactional history in brokerage, fee-based services, or executive management.

What Makes Us Different?

Other real estate firms talk about cooperation with brokers and principals, but we live it. SVN presents all listings to a national and international platform of buyers and buyers’ brokers immediately upon securing a listing. Properties are not shopped internally or pocketed within the firm. Our platform of compensated cooperation is unique and draws buyers and their representative brokers to our product because we share 50% of the commission 100% of the time. That drives up interest which drives up value and secures higher prices. Many of the large national firms do not share commissions.
